Experiencing art in another dimension: For the vernissage of Ivan’s avant-garde artworks, presented by AIDA Monaco, the Monegasque art association, we created unique chocolates.
Each motif was captured and transferred onto the chocolate, adding another dimension to the artworks – taste. How would this artwork taste, what associations, what feelings do the colors, the dynamics of the motifs evoke?
For example:
Yellow-blue-white chocolate: Caramel with sea salt from the Camargue
Red-white-beige chocolate: Strawberry yogurt
Red-black-white chocolate: Soy sauce and shiso vinegar
Ochre yellow-gray blue-white chocolate: Earl Grey tea with bergamot
